Key Responsibilities:

1. Lithium battery cathode material preparation and testing

• Develop experimental plans;

• Synthesize, repair and coat cathode materials in the laboratory and pilot line;

• Material characterization and testing for raw materials, precursors, intermediate samples, cathode materials, etc.

• Data analysis and summary, report writing.

2. Data management and analysis

• Establish experimental database;

• Sort and analyze data in an orderly manner to assist the next experimental progress；

3. Patent reading and reproduction

• Read industry related patents;

• Reproduces patents in laboratory scale for better patent layout.

4. Laboratory equipment management

• PEM (process equipment management) and MSA (measurement system analysis).

Requirement:

• Master degree or above in chemistry, chemical engineering, or materials science;

• Solid material or chemical foundation, strong hands-on laboratory skills and data analysis skills;

• Familiar with office software, programming ability is preferred, well English reading and writing is preferred;

• Fresh graduates with relevant work experience are preferred;

• Outgoing personality, good at communication. Have a scientific and rigorous work attitude, and be willing to learn new knowledge independently.
